More information from the meeting I was at today is coming in and we want to make sure you know who might be knocking on your door.
This is a legitimate group licensed contractors and workers that will come in for free. There will be no charges discussed or monies expected.
Samaritans Purse, a Christian based international disaster relief group of headed to Indy, MESA (Metorpolitan Emergency Services Agency) spoke to their team lead who is already in Indianapolis. They will be doing some of their own assessments in the area today and tomorrow with hopes of their supplies and volunteers being ready to go on Monday. So you will probably see them around RR this evening or tomorrow. They specialize in muckout of houses getting them "contractor ready" and volunteer management. Will provide further when Mesa has more.
Red Cross will be passing out more supplies and food Tuesday and Thursday. More details on hours to come.
