First of all, there is no way to say thanks for all the help we are getting. This is what being neighborly is all about

Hundreds of people have turned out to fill sandbags and place them on the levee. They will be working all night long. Thousands of sandbags are being delivered. People are getting tired and if there are any more people who can help out, enter Rocky Ripple on 53rd Street and head west to Hohlt Park. You will not miss it. Have a shovel, please bring it.

Fresh fruit, water, coffee, snacks can all be delivered there also.

This will be my last post for a few hours unless something changes. 43 straight hours without sleep and I need to get some. We have others that are going on longer than me. This is how strong our resolve is to save Rocky Ripple.
