In response to the Indianapolis Department of Public Works (IDPW) presentation of the Army Core of Engineers Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (DSEIS) with regards to the Indianapolis North Flood Damage Reduction Project, the Rocky Ripple Town Council will be holding a special emergency meeting to discuss the steps citizens of Rocky Ripple can take in order to ensure that this project will meet their needs.
