21-Aug-2019:  DPW contractors will be testing the flood panels on both 52nd and 53rd street crossing the canal bridges today between 10am and 3pm. During this timeframe one lane will be closed on the roadway with necessary signs and flaggers in place. Only one bridge crossing will be effected at a time and the work will be completed in a few hours.
