Linked below is the draft interlocal agreement between the Town of Rocky Ripple and the City of Indianapolis. This has not been signed off on by either party. But after over a year of negotiations between us and the city, we have made a lot of headway in getting it to this point.
The Interlocal Agreement (ILA) is  an agreement between two local governments for a project that outlines what is expected from each entity for a project.

This will be discussed more in depth at town meetings in early 2024 on the 2nd Tuesday of the month.
