To reserve Town Hall or the Holht Park Pavilion, please use the appropriate link below.
If you are using the town hall, someone will contact you before your event to give you a code for entry. If you need power for the park pavilion, please note that on the form so you can get a code to the electrical box.
You can check for availability of the town hall and Hohlt Park pavilion on the Town Calendar.

Please note that there is no portable restroom available in the park between November 1st and April 1st.
Effective 3/12/25 the following changes apply:
Hourly rental rates for town hall are now $40 an hour. Hohlt Park pavilion rental is now $85. The refundable security deposit is now $100.
FAQ for Town Hall
1. What is the capacity?-Up to 75 people
2. Are tables and chairs available?-There are plenty of tables and chairs for use in the attached garage that can be accessed from the inside. Please put back neatly when your event is over.
3. Is there a working kitchen?-Yes there is a working stove top and oven. There is also a refrigerator freezer. There is also a sink for washing dishes. Please make sure to cleanup afterwards.
4. What about restrooms?-There are two available restrooms.
5. What if we need additional toilet paper, paper towels or trash bags?-These are available in the attached garage, in the first locker immediately on the left.
6. We have a lot of trash that will not fit in the trash container?-We are not able to afford to keep a larger dumpster. We ask that you please carry out extra trash or face forfeiting your deposit.
