Highland Estates Development, LLC, has filed plans to develop 24 acres adjacent to the White River within the current 150+ acres of Highland Golf and Country Club.  There is a community open house at the Highland clubhouse main dining room, 1050 West 52nd St., on Tuesday, July 14, from 6-8 pm.  A site plan and other project details will be presented.
