The Indianapolis Department of Public Works (Indy DPW) announced that Kessler Boulevard W Drive will fully close at the bridge location over White River starting Monday, July 11. The closure will allow the contractor to set beams in place for the continued rehabilitation of the bridge. The roadway is expected to reopen by July 16.
